Samadi Sweets offers handcrafted desserts, including but not limited to baklava, pastries, macarons, and custom creations for events and celebrations. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
- All payments must be made at the time of order via the available payment methods (credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as specified).
- Prices for products and services are listed on the website and are subject to change. Taxes will be applied at checkout based on your location.
4. Custom Orders and Event Planning
- For custom orders or event planning services, please contact us in advance to discuss your needs. A minimum lead time may be required, depending on the complexity of the request.
- Custom cakes, pastries, and dessert displays will be created according to the specifications agreed upon. Any changes to the order after confirmation may incur additional fees.
5. Delivery and Pickup
- We offer delivery services to certain locations within our delivery range. Delivery fees may apply based on your location.
- Pickup orders must be collected from our store at the agreed-upon time. Samadi Sweets is not responsible for items that are not picked up at the scheduled time.
- For events, we will deliver desserts to the specified location at the agreed-upon time. Any delays or issues with delivery are to be communicated in advance.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- We aim to provide the highest quality products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation and offer a resolution.
- Custom orders and event planning services require a deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours before the event will result in a refund of the deposit minus a cancellation fee.
- We do not accept returns on perishable items or customized desserts once they have been delivered or picked up.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Samadi Sweets website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of Samadi Sweets and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.
